AI, robotics, quantum and deep tech that make work more productive, more accessible or less strenuous.

Solutions for mental and physical health, engagement and work-life balance.

Learning, upskilling and reskilling for a changing job market.
Safety and security
Safer workplaces, prevention, and protection of people and data.

Apply online · 1 December to 15 January
Submit your file and the necessary attachments: pitch deck, CVs of the founders, business plan, most recent articles of association and Ultimate Beneficial Owner (UBO).
Pre-Selection Committee · 3 February
Our team checks eligibility and reviews every application. You will hear whether you are shortlisted by 5 February.
Pre-Pitch · 15 February
The selected startups will have the opportunity to pre-pitch in front of the Village teams and peers to receive feedback before the Jury Pitches.
Jury Pitches · 18 February
Shortlisted startups pitch for 7 minutes, followed by Q&A from the jury for 7 minutes.
Decision · 25 February
Every applicant receives an answer, with feedback if not selected.
Program start · 1 March
The selected cohort of 5 to 12 startups joins the Village.

Can I apply already?
Not yet. Applications open on 1 December 2026. Leave your email, qualify for the Early-Bird offer and we will let you know the day they open.
When will the partner challenges be published?
On 1 December, together with the application form.
Do I have to answer a partner challenge?
No. You can apply on the open theme in any of the 4 pillars.
Can I answer more than one challenge?
Yes.
Which languages can I use?
English.
Does it cost anything to apply?
No. Applying is free. Once you become a member of Le Village by CA Brussels, the membership fee of 3,000 EUR/year excl. VAT applies (paid in instalments of 1,500 EUR/6 months excl. VAT).
Is there an information session?
Yes, an online session in the week of 7 December and 4 January. Booking details will be shared on 1 December.
What happens to my data?
We use it only to assess your application. Shortlisted files are shared with our partners and jury under confidentiality.
